Return Process

  Contact our Beauty Support Team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all promotional inserts and samples are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
